1. Introduction

Welcome to Shree Maha Maya, an online multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace operated by Shree Maha Maya (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Shree Maha Maya website, mobile application, and related services (“Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform as a buyer, seller, vendor, or visitor (“User”, “you”, “your”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.


2. Definitions

  • Buyer / Customer: Any individual or entity purchasing products through the Platform.
  • Seller / Vendor: Any individual or business registered on the Platform to sell products.
  • Platform: The website, application, and digital interfaces operated under the name Shree Maha Maya.
  • Products: Goods or services listed for sale.
  • Order: A confirmed purchase request accepted by a Seller.
  • Settlement: The process of remitting payments to Vendors after applicable deductions.

3. User Eligibility and Registration

  1. Users must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
  2. Sellers must possess valid GST, PAN, and bank details as required by law.
  3. Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  4. The Company may suspend or terminate accounts involved in unlawful, fraudulent, or suspicious activity.

4. Platform Role

Shree Maha Maya operates as an intermediary under Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

The Platform facilitates transactions between Buyers and Sellers. The Company does not own, manufacture, or directly sell listed products and shall not be responsible for product quality, legality, safety, or accuracy.


5. Vendor Obligations

Vendors agree to:

  • Provide valid KYC documentation.
  • Ensure product listings are accurate and lawful.
  • Avoid listing prohibited items.
  • Fulfill orders promptly.
  • Indemnify the Company against claims arising from defective or counterfeit goods.

6. Product Listings & Intellectual Property

Vendors are responsible for listing content and must ensure no infringement of third-party intellectual property rights.

Shree Maha Maya reserves the right to remove listings that violate policies or laws.


7. Orders & Delivery

  • Orders are confirmed upon Seller acceptance.
  • Vendors must dispatch within stipulated timelines.
  • Buyers must provide accurate shipping details.
  • Risk transfers upon delivery.

8. Pricing, Commission & Settlement

  • Vendors set product prices inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Platform commission: 15% + applicable GST on commission.
  • Settlement within 7 working days after confirmed delivery, subject to deductions.
  • Payments processed electronically to the Vendor’s registered bank account.

9. Returns & Disputes

Returns and refunds shall be governed by the Platform’s Return & Refund Policy.

Shree Maha Maya may mediate disputes between Buyers and Sellers. The Company’s decision shall be final and binding.


10. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

  • Engage in unlawful or fraudulent conduct.
  • Infringe intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform.
  • Post defamatory, obscene, or misleading content.
  • Manipulate prices, reviews, or transactions.

11. Limitation of Liability

Shree Maha Maya shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the commission received for the specific transaction giving rise to such liability.


12. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, trademarks, logos, and service marks belong to Shree Maha Maya or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.


13. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice for policy violations, fraud, misuse, or repeated complaints.


14. Privacy

All data will be handled in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws and the Platform’s Privacy Policy.


15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.


16. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
